Note: T-Zero does not collect or use precise GPS location or background location tracking.

We may receive basic account or usage information from integrated services such as analytics platforms or authentication providers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

Provide, operate, and improve the App’s core features.
Store and organize data you enter (e.g., race times, checklist items, nutrition plans).
Personalize your user experience based on your app usage and settings.
Provide personalized or targeted product recommendations, promotions, or sponsored content within the App, based on your activity, preferences, or usage data.
Enable community features such as messaging, friend connections, matching, and public forums.
Maintain app integrity and monitor for misuse or errors, including reviewing user-submitted reports of abuse or inappropriate content.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data.

Service Providers: We use third-party vendors (e.g., cloud storage, analytics, customer support tools) who help us operate our services.
Aggregate or De-Identified Data: We may share aggregated or de-identified information (for example, overall usage statistics or trends such as the percentage of users who have added a specific item to their wishlist) with advertisers, partners, or the public. This information does not identify you personally.

4. Messaging and Community Features

Direct messages (DMs) between users are private and not actively monitored. However, if a user reports another user or a specific message through the in-app reporting tool, we may review that content to investigate and take appropriate action.

Public posts, forum entries, and gear submissions may be visible to other users and are subject to moderation in accordance with these Terms and this Policy.

5. Reporting & Safety

The App includes a built-in reporting feature that allows users to flag inappropriate users, posts, or behavior. User-submitted reports are monitored regularly, and we may remove content or suspend accounts in response to reported violations.

No Background Checks: We do not conduct background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with others through the App, whether online or offline.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as needed to provide our Services and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@tzeroapp.com.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
