T-Zero (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our mobile application (the “App”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
We may collect the following personal information when you use the App:
Note: T-Zero does not collect or use precise GPS location or background location tracking.
We may receive basic account or usage information from integrated services such as analytics platforms or authentication providers.
We use the collected information to:
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share your information under the following limited circumstances:
Direct messages (DMs) between users are private and not actively monitored. However, if a user reports another user or a specific message through the in-app reporting tool, we may review that content to investigate and take appropriate action.
Public posts, forum entries, and gear submissions may be visible to other users and are subject to moderation in accordance with these Terms and this Policy.
The App includes a feature that allows users to activate a public Coach Profile and publish articles, posts, or images (“Coach Content”). When a user becomes a coach, certain information they provide—such as their name, photo, bio, website, social media links, and team affiliation—becomes visible to other users within the App and may be displayed publicly to promote coach discovery.
Coach Content is considered public information and may be visible to other users, team members, and, where applicable, through T-Zero’s websites, marketing channels, or affiliated platforms. By posting content, coaches consent to this visibility and to T-Zero’s ongoing license to display and reuse that content in accordance with the Terms of Use.
Users who join a coach’s team understand that their membership, name, and basic profile information (such as profile photo and race affiliations) may be visible to that coach and other team members to support community engagement.
Deleting a Coach Profile or specific content item will remove it from public view in the App, but T-Zero may retain and continue using previously published materials that incorporated such content for legitimate business, archival, or promotional purposes.
The App includes a built-in reporting feature that allows users to flag inappropriate users, posts, or behavior. User-submitted reports are monitored regularly, and we may remove content or suspend accounts in response to reported violations.
No Background Checks: We do not conduct background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with others through the App, whether online or offline.
While we allow coaches to create public profiles, T-Zero does not conduct background checks, verify credentials, or evaluate the expertise of any coach. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to engage, follow, or communicate with a coach.
We retain your data only as long as needed to provide our Services and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@tzeroapp.com.
